Made some AWESOME protein pancakes post workout today.

Protein pancakes are good because you can literally put like….anything in them and they’ll turn out pancakey as long as you use eggs/egg whites.

So today, I used
1/4 cup frozen spinach

1/2 cup egg whites

1 scoop cinnamon protein powder

1/4 cup cottage cheese

1/2 banana—-I’ve never used a banana in my pancakes before and I LOVE the consistency it gave it.

Made 3 giant pancakes, could only eat two. Topped with a dollop of peanut butter and a bit of sugar free syrup!

Yummy. Satisfying. Macro happy.
