Turkey burgers!
Ingredients:
1 lb 99% fat free ground turkey
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 summer squash
1/3 onion
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup flaxseed
1/3 cup egg whites
Seasonings of your choice: I used chili powder, garlic powder, and oregano

Put turkey in big bowl.
Blend/chop up veggies, add to turkey
Blend egg whites, flaxseed, and almond flour add to turkey.
Throw seasonings on top and mash everything together.
Form burgers with a spoon or your hands.
Grill on george foreman or frying pan (be sure to pam or olive oil it down first) for a few minutes each side.
Yummmmm.
4-6 oz per serving. Get your veggies and protein all in one!
