Good morning, #fitfam !! Important to start the day off on a good note: -wake up: take my HD and drink a LITER of water before I do anything else!! ??? -then I mix together my oatmeal. Exact directions: half cup of old fashioned oats, two tbsp ground flaxseed, one packet pure via, and half scoop protein powder! Then I heat water in the microwave, pour it on top, let it sit for like 5 minutes or whatever, and then eat! It's my favorite. I'll have egg whites if I'm still hungry. -post food--I take my non stimulant fat burner: T7: it's awesome. And of course my fish oil (good for heart health) and my multi vitamin! -and then I take pictures of myself and my cat who apparently slept in a Steve Madden bag last night. ?? Feeling like its going to be a good day. Happy Wednesday. ?
