all you have to do is ONE thing to change your entire life. It will change your mindset, your body, your emotional strength.

This ONE this is exercise. If you have never workout before it can seem so overwhelming… finding the time, learning exercises, etc. listen, I’ve been a personal trainer for more than 12 years and I understand the fear of starting but once you start everyday becomes easier.

Focus on ONE thing each day: Yes.
Don’t think about tomorrow or next week or next month. It’s all about TODAY and saying yes to exerciseing. It can be a 5 minute yes. All that matters is that you DO IT.
