🌶 glorious pumpkin chilli crisp, using pumpkin seeds and Sichuan peppercorns for a wonderfully delicate spice
🍜 pumpkin chilli noodles, using the crisp as well as roasted pumpkin, heaps of fresh spring onions, and whichever protein you fancy
✨ spiced chow pastry puffs with a pumpkin seed craquelin on top, served with a scoop of good quality ice cream and a liberal drizzle of salted butter caramel sauce (see my latest reel for this recipe)
