WHO NEEDS MORE PROTEIN??

There is a common misconception that men need more protein than women. It might be true in absolute terms if there is more muscle mass to support, but something that is often overlooked is how the female body responds to the ingested protein and the quantities.

Women actually need larger doses of protein post training to avoid staying in a catabolic state (muscle breakdown) after training than men.
