Here are some fun facts about butterflies:

They taste with their feet!

Most adult butterflies live for only a few weeks.

Butterflies bask in the sun to warm up before flying.

So in my opinion… we should be more like butterflies 🦋

We should embrace the wild notion of tasting life with our feet! That means #GTFOutside, kick off those shoes, and seek adventure!

We should live each day like our lifespan is only a few weeks, and make every day count!

And last but not least, like butterflies, we should ALL start our days by soaking up that Vitamin D to warm our mind, body and soul for the day!
