DUMBBELL BOOTY 🍑 My new program 'Athletic Dumbbell' now officially has its place on my #freshbodyfitmind app, right next to my original program 'Lean & Toned' 🥰

This workout is a little sample of what to expect in both programs, but each has slightly different goals:

LEAN & TONED
• Beginner/Intermediate
• Foundational movements
• Each workout in the week focuses on specific AREAS of the body - Arms & Back, Legs & Glutes etc

ATHLETIC DUMMBELL
• Itermediate
• Movements are more complex & quicker
• Each workout in the week focuses on MOVEMENT specific goals - Explosive Plyometric, Coordination & Core etc

DUMBBELL BOOTY WORKOUT:
45sec ON | 60sec REST between
• aim for 6-8reps (move slowly & with control)
• use a weight where the last 10sec (2reps) are hard to finish...I'm using 10kg.
