One week back home and it feels good to be into some solid routine, setting new goals & settling into the summer weather here...my fave! 😍
Here's my October focus:
✨️ Work on stretching & flexibility (I've been slacking on this over the last 6months! My aim is minimum 15min a day)
💻 Update the #freshbodyfitmind app with more user friendly navigation around the app (since we have so much different content now!), new home pages, and new classes & programs!
🍴Cook some new recipes and get them into my weekly cycle, the warmer weather always inspires me to change my weekly meals! (I'll be using @annielonglife 's recipes on the #freshbodyfitmind app...which are FREE for everyone btw! 😁 you're welcome.)
👟 More outdoor fitness. I've been hitting the weights hard lately so looking forward to getting back on the athletics track, sprinting, jumping and all the fun stuff! Plus Frisbee for warm up of ofcourse!
