A beautiful weekend in Switzerland 🇨🇭 as the guest of superstar chef @andreas_caminada_schauenstein. Both 3 Michelin star and number 26 on Worlds 50 Best, it sits in one of the smallest (although many say the smallest) cities in the world, Fürstenau 🇨🇭 with just 7 residents. We were also lucky to taste many local Swiss specialties at the Genussmarkt, a once a year festival filled with local craft food producers. We finished our weekend at @oz_veggie with almost all produce coming from Caminada’s garden. Oz, from Romansh, the fourth official language of Switzerland, translating simply as “today” is a all vegetarian and sometimes also all vegan 1 michelin star restaurant in the tiny city.
