Throwback to last summer in Liguria 🇮🇹, we visited the deliciously famous @revellocamogli1964 and went into their kitchens to see how they turn out so many delicious items. On arrival they were making batches of foccacia, a Ligurian delight with all sorts of toppings. Off I went to the beach just 30 seconds away and was told to come back an hour later. Next on the schedule was the Foccacia di Recco, a delicate yet indulgent cheese stuffed foccacia, just look how thin the dough is. If you’re holidaying or visiting Liguria this summer, be sure to check out @focacciadirecco_igp for all the other bakeries and restaurants that make one of my favourite things to eat.
