Lunches last week at @the_oyster_shed_skye: hot-smoked salmon and chips, lobster and chips, garlic prawns and chips; and a return visit for those magnificent oysters (pic 2). I’ve never had oysters that tasted as much of the sea as these! Normally, I prefer oysters just as they are, not even with a spritz of lemon, but the vinegary hot sauce here went so well with the intense saltiness of these oysters
