#RecipeOfTheDay is something I’ve been making for decades, first demonstrated on @NigelSlater’s tv show before How To Eat, even, though it found its way into the book. I call it Mushroom Steak Sandwich not because I’m pretending the mushroom is a steak, but just because it’s so meaty!

Most of you may know what’s meant by “click on link in bio”, so just skip this bit, but for those who don’t, let me explain: tap on my name right up top, which will take you to a page that has a link on it that says www.nigella.com/instagram. When you click on this link, it will take you to a page of photographs: click on the photograph you want the recipe for – you sometimes have to tap a couple of times for some reason – and you will be taken to it!
