Of course I had to drop into @badgirlbakery, as I’m a huge, huge fan of their book of the same name, and took away with me a box of these utterly sensational milk chocolate peanut butter cookies, enjoyed at journey’s end with a wee dram of @talisker Storm! . But in order to get there, refuelled on an incredible fish finger sandwich at @theredshankuk (also in @victorianmarketinverness) that you can see in pic 2, along with their crab croquettes with brown crab mayo (I make this at home to go with a salad of the white crabmeat, but it was dreamy with the croquettes), seaweed-seasoned fries and, for good measure, the furikake fries which come with seaweed, black and white sesame seeds, garlic mayo and sriracha.
