Fossil fuels spurred the climate crisis. Now, as greenhouse gas emissions continue to warm the planet at an alarming rate, the health of communities, wildlife and ecosystems around the world hangs in the balance. It’s time to stop the fossil fuel industry in its tracks.

On September 17 in New York City, Patagonia will join the March to End Fossil Fuels. Let’s ask President Biden to lead the just transition toward cleaner energy. Now is his moment to cease federal approval for new fossil fuel projects, phase out existing ones, and end oil exports and fossil fuel investment abroad.

Together, we can forge a new, better path.
