Who’s ready for a 3D Chest 💪🏾🔥

The secret to a more defined chest is making sure you’re targeting all 3 parts of the pectorals, but not only that, you want to be involving a variety of bilateral, unilateral and isolated exercises to really get in and tear those muscle fibres 🔥Give this workout a try:

Exercises:
1. Bench Press
2. Dumbbell Pec Fly
3. Decline Dumbbell Press
4. Decline Hex Press
5. Incline Bench Press
6. Low-to-High cable flys
Aim for 3 sets of 8-10 reps on each exercise or if you’re staring heavy on the bench press aim for 3 sets of 6-8 controlled reps 💪🏾

Finisher:
Push ups to Failure
