After a great and successful tour around UAE 🇦🇪, Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦 & Oman 🇴🇲 I had to go back and visit my good friend Sav @sav_muscleworks at MuscleWorks gym, whilst I’m here I might as well get a quick tricep session 💪🏾

The triceps are essential for building upper body strength and helping with movement in your shoulders and elbows. The triceps muscle makes up 60% of your upper arm, making it a crucial part of the body to exercise regularly 💪🏾

Plate loaded tricep dip machine
Overhead Dumbbell Extension
Dumbbell Kickbacks (Alternate between Bilateral & Unilateral)
