My favourite hiking snack! 🥾♥️

Here’s the recipe:
➡️ In a bowl combine 2 & 1/2 cups rolled oats, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp salt.
➡️ In a separate bowl combine 1/2 cup melted coconut oil, 1/2 cup coconut sugar, 1 flax egg (or regular egg), 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2 tbsp maple syrup.
➡️ Mix the wet and dry ingredients together & then stir through 3/4 cup of chocolate chips.
➡️ Press into a lined baking tray, bake at 180 for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
➡️ Allow to cool completely before slicing. Enjoy! ✨
