Operation build a booty begins 🫡🍑

With the wedding next year I’m feeling extra motivated in the gym, with one of my key goals being boosting my peach 🏋🏼‍♀️

Here’s a killer glute focused workout you can try!
➡️ Bulgarian split squat drop sets - 4 sets of 8 per leg
➡️ Barbell hip thrusts - 4 sets of 10 with a 10 second hold
➡️ Elevated reverse lunges - 4 sets of 8 per leg
➡️ 9 minute finisher - 3 rounds of: RDLs, curtesy lunges, kettlebell deadlifts. 45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest.
