Dumbbell only upper body & core 🏋🏼‍♀️

Since hiking is my focus, my legs often get much more training than my upper body. But keeping my back, chest, arms and core strong is key - these muscles support me as I carry heavy backpacks and climb mountains. So here’s how I train them:

➡️ Superset: Half kneeling shoulder press x 10 each side, Kneeling front raise x 10. 4 rounds.
➡️ Superset: Floor press x12, skull crusher x15. 4 rounds.
➡️ Superset: Staggered stance single arm row x12 each side, hammer curl x10 each side. 4 rounds.
➡️ Core: overhead single arm sit ups x10 each side. 3 rounds.
