Every single day looks different but a few things remain the same: bone broth, celery juice, a matcha latte and of course tons of fruit and vegetables. Instead of following rigid diets or external rules, I’ve learned to tune in to my body’s signals and trust my inner wisdom when it comes to food choices. It’s a beautiful dance of self-awareness and nourishment, and it’s made such a big difference in how great I feel each day.
