I first found it over 20 years ago, in a corner of Asahikawa Airport. I used to visit Asahikawa often in my previous job, and I remember it being sold out early as a delicious pudding known only to those in the know. The pudding I’m introducing is Delis Pudding, a type that lasts longer and was added to the menu later. My personal favorite is the creamy pumpkin flavor.
