As a child I was a shy geek fascinated by education and very socially awkward. I choose books and animals over people and did everything that I could to avoid having my picture taken or wearing tight clothing. My life changed at 18yrs when I was discovered by @mtv and became a model overnight, for around 15yrs a whole team of people made me look "beautiful" in the media as I had my glamourous appearance controlled by others whilst behind closed doors I retreated to the serenity of nature and continued to study psychology, fitness and spirituality. Today I have full choice and control over my own life and appearance and embrace a mostly makeup free, social media filter free, peaceful and natural life out in nature with my books, animals and children and feel so incredibly blessed and empowered to have finally found my voice and self worth. Please always listen to and nurture your soul, no matter the challenges that come your way I promise you will always find your way back to your true self. The people who truly love, appreciate and deserve you in this life will see your soul shining brightly regardless of what you look like, how much money or material possessions you have at any given point in time.
