Some says are hot, some days are cold. Some days are hilariously uplifting and others are a struggle from start to finish. But now matter how high or how low you may feel, there will always be the opportunity for balance. I always hold onto the thought of the scales tipping in my favour whenever times get tough - I even have it as a tattoo on my wrist as a reminder that all is as it should be. Without the lows we could not appreciate the sweetness of the highs nor the comfort of achieving balance. I also appreciate the balance of appearance; to walk barefoot in the garden and immerse myself in nature followed by wearing heels on a bustling rooftop cityscape . Each and every part of the scales brings us such beautiful perspective and growth.
