Single Leg Hyperextension
This #exercise primarily targets the #lowerBack, but it also works the glutes and hamstrings. This is an advanced exercise and requires a good level of #core and #LowerBody #strength . It's important to use a controlled motion and avoid #hyperextending the back at the top of the movement.
