Today’s Glute Lift:
✅Heavy hip Thrust
Take 1-2 set of 5 repetitions to build up in load before starting the first working set
Set 1: 10 repetitions (2 sec down/ 2 sec up)
Set 2: 8 repetitions with double contraction at the top (go down, all the way to the top, back down 1/2 way and back up all the way = 1)
Set 3: 6 Heavy repetitions with 3 sec down
Set 4: 6 Heavy repetitions with 3 sec down
Set 5: 10 Heavy repetitions with 1 sec pause at the top, drop 30% load directly into max repetitions
Rest 2 minute between set
