✅Part 1: Strict Press Complex

10 sec hold with elbows bent (1 inch overhead)

✅Part 2: Kneeling Press and overhead walk

12 1 arm kneeling press directly into
50 feet 1 arm overhead walk
rest 30 sec
12 1 arm kneeling press (other arm) directly into
50 feet 1 arm overhead walk (other arm)
rest 1-2 minutes between sets

✅Part 3: Shoulder Triangle Burner
3 Sets
20 DB High Pulls
15 Bent Over Reverse Flys
10 Standing Side Lateral Raises
Rest 90 sec between set
