10 hip trhust with a 1 sec pause at the top and 3 sec down
Into
60 sec sumo walk
Rest 1-2 minutes between set

Note: Start at about 80% perceived exertion and increase each sets so set 4 and 5 you give everything you for. Make sure to respect the tempo so we can really make those muscles grow and focus on the muscles you are using. Push your knees out slightly to engage your butt even more. Enjoy!
