I like to get my weekend started on Friday with a relaxing routine. Getting ready for bed even earlier than I normally do so I have time to fully unwind. Before you hop into bed, try some of my stress relieving tips below:  - Take a sunset walk. - Rub a bath w/Epsom salts. - Do self care w/a face mask. - Have a warm, relaxing @livbody Liv Relaxed drink. - Listen to a guided meditation.  💪🏼PRIORITIZE PROTEIN INTAKE You probably heard this before but its more important as a tool to help you stay on track over the weekend! Some of my favorite ways to ensure I’m eating enough protein is:  - Protein bars  - @livbody smoothies  - Breakfast w/eggs or protein pancakes  - Protein pasta like banza  - Protein packed, macro friendly @flexpromeals   🗓️TRACK YOUR FOOD - FOCUS 80/20 I personally enjoyed counting my macros: my currents are P:130g | C:175g | F:60g. Counting macros taught me about food, what’s in it, portion control & it’s what I’ve found works best for me in terms of living a healthy lifestyle & results. On the weekends, Im a bit more flexible with macros, if I go eat Mexican food, I’ll eat chips & salsa but I’ll order the grilled white fish & veggies.. doing more of the 80/20 rule but still tracking.  🏋️‍♀️CREATE PLANNED WORKOUTS As I plan errands, get-togethers & leisure activities, I also focus on including a single activity each day that aligns with my personal health goals or how I’m feeling. For example: I‘lol txt a friend to do a hot yoga class @ritualoneyoga or plan a hike with the family & pup!   🍎HAVE PREPPED MEALS AVAILABLE Prepping meals saves money, helps me eat healthier & may also be relaxing (if you enjoy cooking, I do!) I recommend ordering meals from @flexpromeals so you don’t have to prep or cook every meal.
