Controversial opinion… I don’t like hot cross buns. So I’m re-sharing my 20 minute FOUR ingredient scone recipe this Easter for anyone that feels the same way 😁

Now I definitely didn’t come up with this myself... but I have absolutely won the best scone recipe in my family & friendship group so that’s gotta count for something 😝

All you need to make this is:
🍋 Lemonade (or Sprite)
🤍 Self-raising flour
😍 Thickened or heavy cream
🧂 Salt
...and some jam to serve!!
