#sponsored Adam, Micah and I in the kitchen today with another go-to recipe we make pretty frequently in our household - three fish salad! This is our take on tuna salad that is really easy to prepare. We just use whatever fresh we have on hand and the boys like it!
1 can of tuna
1 can of salmon
1 can of sardines
(All wild & sustainably caught if possible!)
1/2 cup of Primal Kitchen Mayo
2 Tbsp of Primal Kitchen Spicy Brown Mustard
1 shredded carrot
4 sticks of celery chopped
1 cucumber chopped
1/2 cup of sweet relish
1/2 cup of plain yogurt
Cilantro optional
Add salt if needed
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir till everything is evenly mixed and the fish is all shredded up. Enjoy as a sandwich, on a cracker, cucumber slides or even by the spoonful! @primalkitchenfoods #bethanystylehealth #primalkitchen #biggerbite
