As we’ve been in a “lockdown” for almost one year, Zoey hasn’t explored the World and seen family as much as we expected or wanted. But she’s thriving! She walks forwards and backwards, and she loves to run. She says almost 18 different words somewhat clearly and a few more in her own language. She climbs everything and seems ready for gymnastics classes. Only problem is there is no mommy and baby gymnastics classes that will accept a 16 month old around where we live! Zoey goes pee in the potty as well. She basically trained herself. She wanted to sit on the potty and without much coaxing she pees in it a couple times a day! 🙀 Zoey loves @cocomelon_official and playing with her dog friends. She goes to daycare twice a week and since day one she’s gone so independently and boldly, not even turning around to say bye to me. She’s very confident and has SO much energy. She says hi to everyone we pass at the grocery store 👋 She is becoming very good at reading eye expression as the mouth is covered with a mask 😷 She is also super dramatic and might have a future in the performance World. She loves to share and help out around the house as well as make jokes. During all this trouble in the World, she doesn’t realize she’s missing out on anything.
