You know how much I like photographing birds in the snow, and the weather delivered with a snow storm each of the last two days that I spent photographing birds like this one in captivity at the Ripley Waterfowl Conservancy in Connecticut. They are a breeding facility focused on maintaining genetic diversity of rare and endangered species, and an education center for the next generation of conservationists.
