This is one of my images that has “passed the test” of going a bit beyond the ordinary and having something special about it that prompts me to add it to my fine art print selection. It isn’t always tangible exactly what that is, but in this case, I think its a combination of the beautiful light, the dynamic poses of the two birds together, and that when you look closely, you notice the shadow of the wing of the first bird has landed on the second bird. To me, things like this elevate an image beyond the ordinary and make it something special. Above all, I want the images in my fine art gallery to be unique. I know that these exact elements will never come together in the same way again in another image, and to me, that makes it special. - Where was I when I took this image?
