Ahhh, I just love a well earned recovery day. Been SUCH great couple weeks of training with the new @comptrain.co academy setup, having @amandajbarnhart, @samuelkwant & @_emmagardner_cf to train with every day (waiting on @colesager35 🤩) & our coaches to guide us. Not that it’s easy by any means but it’s never been this EASY to work hard!!!!! Environment really is gold & just so incredibly thankful for this environment we have created here in Bos.

Baaaaaack to my recovery thursday hehe: I don’t like completely resting so I’ll get in a movement of some sort in the am, today going to get my body OUTSIDE & then I’ll jog or walk whatever feels good to me in that moment. ☺️☀️🤝 Preferebly with this @ascent_protein tecovery water (Fruit punch flavor today + ice = just pure wonder!) Hope you all are having an incredible day too! xxx
