I usually squeeze in the 8:00 or 15:00 flows at the end of my days but really been ramping up my volume + intensity lately with my @comptrain.co team & we can truly only train as hard as we are recovering 💥😎🤝 sooooo, extra time for self care sessions it is! Ps how about those 22 days until the open huh?!?
