Everyday I’m seeing more and more people crumble, lose themselves, give up, give in and admit defeat because of these terribly uncertain times. It’s ok not to be ok, it’s ok to have down days and feel like quitting and to seek help and guidance from others. We are all human, nobody is perfect and the entire world is suffering right now so please do not ever feel alone or inferior for being overwhelmed by it all. When I face a problem or an obstacle in my path I never allow it to stop me, it’s simply a case of mind over matter and keeping focus. Much like water running over rocks, you can go around the obstacle, over it or beneath it even by changing your path and tactic; with time and consistency you can even cut straight through it because everything can be overcome - it all depends on your preferred method of dealing with problems. The best way that I remain focused is to keep my goals, peace and happiness at the forefront of all that I do and I don’t allow myself to waste time and energy on anything that is negative. I could complain that I’m tired but it wouldn’t make me anymore energetic. I could complain that I can’t be bothered but that won’t bring me enthusiasm. I could complain that I don’t know what to do but that won’t teach me how to do it. Complaining, feeling sorry for yourself and dwelling on the negatives will only ever distract you from your objectives and waste your time. Instead, redirect your energy to eating clean, keeping active and setting upon independent learning - read books, walk everyday, lift weights to build muscle, listen to podcasts, laugh, love and be kind always. Before you know it your entire life will have changed and you will be surrounded by your own founded success and happiness; it all starts with finding your focus and recognising how to apply it to your daily tasks and obstacles on your path 🙏🏼 #focus #passion #mentalhealth #mentalclarity #mindset」1月12日 18時44分
