I feel like sooo many people are still working out from home so I hope these help! These quick little circuits are great to toss into your day and drop the excuses!

Save for later and give it a go!

Workout:
Single arm squat to curl to press x 30 sec each side
Overhead crunch to Squat to Press x 30 seconds
Reverse lunge to curl x 30 sec each side
DB Deadlift to Row x 30 sec
Alternating Side Lunge to Press x 1 min
.
Repeat 4-5 times! 💪🏻
