It made me sad reading that you guys are so hard on yourself☹️ but I do understand it since I’ve been through it myself back in the day❤️.  - First of all lemme stop you right here🥰 You CAN enjoy 2 weeks off of eating healthy and workouts. You do NOT need to compensate by doing tons of cardio. You do NOT need to stop eating or do any kind of detox. Your body is amazing at restoring itself after a period like this! Trust me bc I ate everything I wanted too hehe🥰. -  Gosh if we can’t even enjoy the holidays anymore what has it come too right?❤️ Yes. so instead of going into a pity party, just try to focus on small goals every week again right now. Drink your water, eat your regular meals and do your workouts or move a little every day. After a week or so you’ll feel so much better without doing any crazy diets etc. - Last thing I will say about this, (sorry for my rant🙈): enjoying life while being fit or in shape, doesn’t all evolve around just food and working out. It’s a clear balance between the life you live and your health. Don’t let anyone put it in your head that 7 days a week NEEDS to be a constant battle of you becoming fit.
