Time to get off the couch!✨😍 Save the video for later bubbas! This upper body workout is killing but it’s the good kind of hurt hehe🙈 it mainly focuses on your chest & biceps. And yes this is for ladies too🦋 I love the shapes it creates in the long run😍. Make sure to warm up before doing this one!

What you gonna do:
🍟Bodyweight push-ups / 3 sets x 10 reps or as many as you can.
🍟bear crawls / 3 sets x 30 seconds.
🍟 Banded bicep curls / 3 sets x 15 reps. (Add any kind of resistance you have at home!).
🍟Switch push ups / 3 sets x 10 reps.
🍟Piek push-ups / 3 sets x as many as you can. Make sure to tense your core when going down👏🏽.
