さんのインスタグラム写真 - (Instagram)「Twirling into 2021 with renewed hope for better days 💕 wearing divine @hemantandnandita ✨ This new year I’ve been reflecting and refocusing my intentions with more clarity on how I can continue to give back in the most meaningful and impactful ways to those in need. I see each and every day as an opportunity to continue creating and painting the life I dream of and improving the quality of life of those around me. Some days it’s spreading acts of kindness and sharing smiles with strangers or visiting animal sanctuaries, or donating to charities or sharing my healing knowledge and guidance. It’s been challenging at times to put my purpose into action this past year as I want to do so much for so many, and at times I find myself spread too thin and easily burnt out. Instead of trying to be everything for everyone I’m going to be exactly who I am, honoring my boundaries, and know it is enough. This last year I’ve been hearing the call back to my healing roots in every cell of my being. I’ve dabbled a little helping friends and family but haven’t quite taken the big leap back into my naturopathic practice. I’m not sure yet how I will juggle it, whether I’ll manage the work load and burn out again. So while there is so much uncertainty in life, I’m choosing to embrace the moment I’m in with complete surrender and trust, following my guiding intuitive light into action. I imagine myself flowing like the ocean waves, growing and expanding into the unknown, and transforming into a deeper more enriching and healing experience of life. And in turn being able to help more people heal around me in my community, through this platform, and once again through my naturopathic practice. My greatest hope is for our world to heal, the people, the planet and the animals. For our hearts to grow into empathy, and to embrace how interconnected we are with respect and love for one another 💗 healing starts within each of us and ripples onwards to those around us.
