My idea of heaven 💕 This was filmed a few moons ago in my happy healing place. There’s something so special about Ningaloo that always make me feel alive. After weeks off grid, in the ocean each day, so much of my pain subsided and the stiffness in my hands was one of my only symptoms by the end of the trip. Nature at its finest. There is something very powerfully healing for the soul, for the microbiome, for the nervous system and for the immune system when we immerse ourselves in richly biodiverse environments 🌏 And while I can’t be there right now I’m spending my days rewatching videos of swimming with turtles and padding with dolphins and it’s bringing back all those incredibly heartwarming feelings 🐢🐬🐋🐠 I’m also currently reading @soulstokenovel a book written by the talented WA writer Shannon Sullivan, a healing, self discovery journey to this magical part of the world. Proceeds of the book go to @protectningaloo who do the important work of ensuring this pristine paradise continues.
