NYC had a winter storm this week of 26 degrees with a foot of snow!☃️❄️✨ (mask is off only for the photo!)
Swipe for some of my recent cooking including healthy Japanese oden!😋💕 I thought this would be the perfect time to use my Staub Dutch Oven for an extra tasty and warm Japanese dish. Shirataki noodles have become quite popular as a healthier option for pasta, but for oden, you put in konjac :)
I've been cooking daily with more time at home because you are what you eat. For me, it's important that I select ingredients, cooking tools, food and skin care that I trust and am happy with since what you consume/apply will show up on your skin and body.✨

こんな寒い日は、やっぱり体が温まってヘルシーなおでん😌🍢✨ ダシが美味しくなるStaubを使って調理しました😋
アメリカではこんにゃくは少し変わった食感のため、一般的にはあまりポピュラーではないのですが、白滝は「しらたきヌードル」と呼ばれ、カロリーが低くコレステロール値を下げてくれることが知られていて、とても人気です！❤️ でも残念ながら、今回は白滝が売り切れでした💦

最近は家で料理をする頻度が高くなり、「口から入れる食べ物で自分の身体が作られる」ということで、身体の内側からも安全で安心できるものをとより考える様になりました✨
