Some people will excitedly enter multiple times whilst others choose to comment “what’s the point I never win anyway!” - surely if you’re entering a free contest you’d be better off placing an entry rather than leaving a complaint? What a waste of your time to NOT enter but take that time and effort to complain. Whilst winners are picked at random, as most events are in life, you stand just as much chance as everybody else who enters but ultimately can’t win if you don’t enter - you also can’t achieve your goals in life if you don’t strive to achieve them. That’s where the mindset of a winner comes in verses that of a pessimist. It may take you ten turns to win, one hundred, one thousand or you may never ever win anything in your life, but you will have more of a chance in participating than 0% chance of sitting back, doing nothing or complaining. Why do people play the lottery, gamble and make bets? In the HOPE that it will pay off and they’ll make some EASY money. Now what if you invest your time, effort and energy into your dreams and work hard everyday towards your goals instead? Would you stand more of a chance at achieving success than doing nothing at all? Or would your zero effort in life be likely to return an easy win and fortunes that you’ve not worked for and allow you to retire a millionaire? I think you have more chance of being struck by lightening ten times but undeniably there is still chance! I know the odds work for me either way - if you work hard to improve your life and skill set you win on self improvement, if you participate in enthusiasm in every opportunity that comes your way in life whether you win or lose you have a fair chance like everybody else at winning.
