🗞Extra, extra! Read all about it! 📰 Keith Haring’s ‘Chernobyl’ and ‘Crucifixion’ were both created on 10 May 1986. Sitting in Bräunerhof, a café in #Vienna, during an artistic trip with Jenny Holzer, Haring sketched both works on the cover of the then current issue of the German newspaper, @faz.

Illustrating two subjects - the cross and nuclear accidents - the artist would often return, ‘Chernobyl’ and ‘Crucifixion’ form part of #SothebysContemporary Art auction, open for bidding until tomorrow!
