HIIT STRENGTH 🔥💪

HIIT… but make it strong! Today we are getting sweaty with this HIIT STRENGTH full body burner! I have added 2 x 5kg Dumbbells to my workout but if you don’t have access to weights get creative and perform the reps with water bottles or tin cans! Although I highly recommend adding additional resistance, this workout will still deliver one hell of a burn using bodyweight only!

30 sec Weighted Lunge Twist
30 sec Alternating Lunge w/ Dead Lift Combo
30 sec Spiderman Plank
