My body was not a fan of the pain medication, spent most of my evenings hanging round the bathroom not sure if I was going to be sick or not (thanks Euan for capturing one of these moments 😂). Since that week, I've tried to focus on the little "wins". The increase in shoulder range of movement, being back in the water, working out in the gym and listening to my body and allowing it to rest and heal. There will be many more ups and downs on this road to recovery, on the days with the downs it's important to remember those little wins to keep going!
