Join artist @TraceyEminStudio, as she discusses the profound influence of Norwegian painter Edvard Munch on her life and work. From loneliness and isolation, to his tender depictions of the female form, Tracey has been in 'madly in love' with Munch since her teenage years. ‘Tracey Emin / Edvard Munch: The Loneliness of the Soul’ will be on view at the @RoyalAcademyArts until 28 February 2021, in line with government guidance.
Tracey appears in conversation with @BritishGQ Editor, @DylanJonesGQ, curator of the @MunchMuseet.no Kari Brandtzaeg, and Vice Chairman of Sotheby’s Fine Arts Division, @SimonMShaw. The talk is hosted in partnership with our brilliant collaborators, @intelligencesquared.
