As one of Singapore’s Pioneers and a prominent businessman, he helped to build Scotts Shopping Centre and redevelop Lau Pa Sat. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ He was also committed to public service, serving as chairman of Mendaki Holdings, MUIS, the National Crime Prevention Council as well as on the founding board of @singaporepoly and the @nhb_sg. He also led the rebuilding of @masjidkassim in Changi. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ My deepest condolences to his family at this trying time.
