After having my second child in 2012 I started out doing home workouts with @beachbody whilst my children slept, literally completing every programme that they had with every instructor. I shared my fitness journey via my blog www.tracykiss.com showcasing fitness and nutrition brands whilst showing mother’s, women and people of all ages alike that you can get fit and healthy at any stage of your life. I had a home gym installed to take my workouts to the next level as a single parent and became a fitness journalist writing for @muscleandfitness @muscleandfitnesshers @bodypowerexpo and events across the UK. I then competed with @pureelite_official and got my pro card, became a personal trainer and nutritionist specialising in plant based transitioning and am presently studying yoga instructing with the desire to hold fitness, wellness and lifestyle intervention retreats at exclusive venues around the world. To date I have amounted more than 4 million followers across all of my social media and used my reach to fundraise for charitable causes close to my heart as well as to inform, advise and share uplifting messages and heartfelt content to the world.
